Sea View House La Bastille is ideally located near all sites and amenities, making it easy to plan your stay. Direct access to the sea is just 50 meters away, with shops, restaurants, a market, and a supermarket only 2 minutes from the house. The 600 m² garden is fully enclosed and planted with trees, featuring two terraces, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue. Two private parking spaces are available within the garden. On the ground floor, enjoy a spacious living area with access to the terrace and garden, a lounge area (TV/WIFI), dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker). There is a sea-view bedroom (160 cm bed, 220x240 cm duvet) with an en-suite bathroom (shower, washing machine) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find a large, bright sea-view bedroom (180 cm bed, 240x260 cm duvet), a second bedroom (160 cm bed, 220x240 cm duvet), and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The entire house is at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for an extra fee. Duvets and pillows are available. A cleaning fee is mandatory to ensure the house is spotless before each guest’s arrival. This is not included in the booking and will be charged for an extra fee. Please make sure not to leave the house untidy before departure (kitchen/dishes put away, beds stripped, trash taken out).
