The sea-view house La Bastille is close to all the sights and amenities, making it easy to plan your visit. Direct access to the sea is 50 metres away, with shops, restaurants, a market and a supermarket just 2 minutes away. The fully fenced, tree-filled 600 m² grounds feature 2 terraces, garden furniture and a barbecue. Two private parking spaces are available within the garden grounds. On the ground floor, enjoy a bright living area extending from front to back, with access to the terrace and garden, a lounge area (TV/Wi-Fi), a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker). Two steps lead down to the sea-view bedroom (160 cm bed, 220 x 240 cm duvet), with an en-suite bathroom (shower, washing machine) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a large, bright bedroom extending from front to back with sea views (180 cm bed, 240 x 260 cm duvet), a second bedroom (160 cm bed, 220 x 240 cm duvet) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire house is exclusively yours to use. Bed linen and towels are not provided but are available for an extra fee. Duvets and pillows are provided. The cleaning fee is mandatory to ensure the house is spotless before each guest arrives.
